    Introduction of product performance
        (1) Combining with domestic actual production demand, this machine is equipped with completely automatic machinery equipment integrating automatic tube filling, coagulant dosing and atomizing, drying, capping, vacuum capping, tube taking and tray packing;
        (2) This machine comprehensively adopts programmable control and pneumatic actuator. According to the product feature of vacuum blood collection tube, control all actuation actions of machinery in organic combination form via program and software;
        (3) This machine is equipped with automatic heat shrink packaging machine, so as to achieve packing automation and fully automatic modular production;
        (4) This machine adopts South Korea’s Sejong bivalve and multi-function software control system to achieve dosing and atomizing; it also adopts two sets of 100-head plug-in hot air dryer, which can grasp the cap conveying device for 100 assembled caps, one full-automatic vacuum compensated-type vacuum capping machine and the tube taking and foam tray mechanism which can grasp 100 finished tubes simultaneously; after removing the tube, insert it into the foam packing tray mechanism, control such mechanism actions via  programmable program and execute via pneumatic mechanism, in which way all procedures will be completed fully automatically, including BCA coagulant dosing, drying, capping, vacuum capping, tube taking and tray packing. This machine features high automation degree, high production efficiency, stable performance, low failure rate, easy operation, low maintenance fee, etc.
        (5) It is able to install oblique foam tray online according to customer’s demand.
